Criteria
- In recovery from drug or alcohol addiction
- 18 years or older
- Able to work dedicated hours in a consistent manner at Sérénité Restaurant and attend recovery programs
- Commit to continuing recovery from addiction
- Dedicated to vocational training to secure employment future
- Eager to complete a 12-month culinary training program
Admission
- Complete enrollment form (coming soon)
- Meet with Program Administrator and other instructors
